Footstool Weaving Workshop with Malinda Lesko

Join instructor Malinda Lesko of Alchemy Fiber Mill for an immersive footstool weaving class at the Carpenter’s Boatshop. Participants will work with handcrafted solid oak frames and Alchemy’s signature Sturdycore corded wool to weave a classic rush seat pattern – an approachable project that blends traditional technique with contemporary materials. No prior experience needed. You’ll leave with a finished footstool, new weaving skills, and a deeper appreciation for handcraft.
