Speaker Series – Hannah Ives: New Hope Midcoast

For nearly two decades, Hannah Harter-Ives has supported survivors of domestic and sexual violence through her work at three different non-profit organizations. Since 2008, she has been with New Hope Midcoast (formerly New Hope for Women), the domestic violence resource center serving the midcoast region. In her presentation, Hannah will discuss the dynamics of domestic abuse, address common misconceptions and justifications, highlight the complex challenges victims face when exploring their options, and share the ways New Hope Midcoast supports victims and survivors in our community.
